Privacy Policy
The short version. This site collects one thing on purpose: the email address and role you give us when you join the list. We use it to tell you when Realynq opens in Houston. We don't sell it, we don't run ads, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@realynq.com.

1. Who we are and what this covers
Realynq Technologies ("Realynq", "we", "us") is a Houston, Texas company building property intelligence for people who buy, sell and represent homes. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through realynq.com (the "Site") while it is a pre-launch page, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When the Realynq product launches it will have its own privacy policy, and we will point you to it before you use it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address.
- The role you pick: buying or selling, or an agent.
Information collected automatically when you sign up
- The page you signed up from.
- Campaign tags in the link you used to reach us (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign) and the site that referred you, if your browser shares it. This tells us which channels bring people here.
- Your browser's user-agent string, which describes your browser and device type.
- A hashed version of your IP address. We combine your IP address with a secret value and store only the result, which cannot be turned back into the address. We use it to spot repeated or automated signups. The raw IP address is not stored with your signup.
- The date and time you signed up.
If we turn on a bot check from Cloudflare (called Turnstile), it may look at signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. Cloudflare handles those signals under its own privacy policy.
Like almost every website, the providers that host the Site keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, the time of each request and the page requested. They use these for security and troubleshooting and keep them for a limited time.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details or precise location, and we do not buy information about you from data brokers or other companies. You can read the Site without giving us anything. The signup information above is collected only when you submit the form.
3. How we use it
- To email you when Realynq opens in Houston and about early access.
- To understand which channels bring people to the Site, so we know where to focus.
- To prevent abuse, including rate limiting, duplicate detection and bot blocking.
- To keep the Site running, secure and working properly.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles about you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only for the purposes above:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts the Site, the signup service and the database on servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare, which provides our domain's network security and the optional bot check.
- An email service provider, which we will use to deliver our emails when we send them.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena; to protect the rights, property or safety of Realynq, our users or others; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies and tracking
We do not set our own cookies on this Site, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the Site from attacks, and its bot check, if enabled, works the same way. Neither is used to follow you across other websites.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your signup until Realynq has launched and we have sent you the launch email, plus a reasonable period afterwards to run early access, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. The automated signals described in section 2 are kept for the same period. If we need to keep a record for legal reasons, for example to show that you unsubscribed, we keep only what that purpose requires. Copies held in our hosting provider's backups are cleared on its rolling schedule.
7. How we protect it
The Site and the signup service use encrypted connections (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from the public internet and can only be accessed by the signup service and by team members who need it. IP addresses are hashed before they are stored. Even so, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and ask to be removed.
- See, correct or delete your information. Email info@realynq.com with the subject line "Privacy request". Tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to reply from the email address on file so we know the request is yours.
- Timing. We respond promptly, and within 45 days at most. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to take a second look.
Some state laws, such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, give residents specific rights over their personal information. Whether or not a particular law applies to a company of our size today, we honor these requests from anyone, wherever you live.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where your information is stored
Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you are outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to services we do not control, such as our Instagram profile. Their privacy policies, not this one, apply to anything you do there.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is material, we will also email you at the address on file before it takes effect.
